I've supported the Oakland Museum of California from the time it was first built. I see it as a great community center where people can come together, with wonderful exhibits and activities for adults and children. And it has three distinct parts - art, history, natural sciences - unusual in a single museum. You can go from floor to floor and taste California in different ways.
